When you speaks the exit keyword, software immediately removes the disturbing element & change the outcome of nightmare.

Step-06
Repeat exercise multiple times. Each session will gradually diminishing the overall intensity of the nightmare.

03. The software includes a variety of pre-designed dream scenarios, each carefully crafted to target a specific type of nightmare, enabling users to confront and reprogram their subconscious fears effectively.
04. When the user launches the software, they will enter a digital world where they confront a specific nightmare. The user will encounter the central element of their nightmare directly in front of them.
05. The user can freely navigate the digital world, but to eliminate the core element of the nightmare, they must use a specific exit keyword.
06. A list of exit keywords is available, allowing the user to choose one. The moment the user speaks the selected keyword, the core element of the nightmare vanishes, granting them access to the door of freedom.
07. When the user speaks the exit keyword, it immediately removes the disturbing element, allowing the subconscious mind to quickly recognize and accept it.
08. The user can repeat this exercise multiple times, with each session gradually diminishing the overall intensity of the nightmare.
09. During sleep, the subconscious mind retains the exit keyword. If the same nightmare reoccurs, the subconscious will automatically process the keyword when the visualization reaches the point where the disturbing element appears.
10. Since the disturbing element disappears in the virtual world, the same response may occur in your dream. This can alter the dream’s outcome, helping you eliminate the unsettling element.
